The price includes:

V.A.T., water consumption, safe, washing machine, Satellite TV , final cleaning, air conditioning (heating and cooling), parking space (for one car per flat) in a private and closed parking.

The flats in Via del Pittore, Casa dei Pescatori and Casa dei Marinai (1st and 2nd floor) Stella Polare and Lo Scrigno do not have air conditioning. Consumption of methane gas is not included in the price and will be calculated by the gas meter

Bed sheet set (€ 5.00 per person/a week); Set for bed and bathroom (€ 9,90 per person/week).

The flat must be left as clean as it is at your
arrival. If the kitchen is extremely dirty a supplement
of €25,00 is to be paid.
The caution tax is of € 100,00, to be fully paid on arrival. The flats will be at the guest's disposal between 16 p.m. and 19 p.m on date of arrival. The flat should be left by 10 a.m. on the date of departure. |
